Villa De Mar is nestled in quiet Dever's Bay on the southwest shore of beautiful St. John. A luxurious Caribbean beachfront villa, with five air-conditioned bedrooms, that can accommodate two to ten with ease. The two Master Suites both have air conditioning, ceiling fans, and private open-air garden showers. The air-conditioned Great Room is furnished in stylish and comfortable island chic. Enjoy air-conditioned dining indoors or dining al fresco under the stars. An expansive deck surrounds the 36'X14' pool and whirlpool spa. The Hibiscus Cottage has recently been remodeled into a private apartment that also doubles as a fifth bedroom. The Beach Cottage has two private bedrooms with separate entrances and is perfect for singles or teens. The villa is water front on Dever's Bay's 800 foot pebble beach. The spa looks out over the Caribbean sea and south towards St. Croix.

Villa rates are based on two people per bedroom. Information about specific Caribbean villa rentals including the rates and availability of the villas is subject to change at any time. Weekly and nightly villa rental rates listed do not include 8% GOVERNMENT HOTEL TAX and 5% service fee, $75 non-refundable security deposit and/or additional refundable security deposit may be required.

A minimum 7-night rental is required during the High/Winter SEASON and 5 nights during the Low/Summer SEASON for most Caribbean villas. A 10-14 night minimum rental is required during the Xmas/New Year's Holiday Seasons depending on the villa. Season dates may vary.50% deposit is required within 7 days of booking with remaining balance due 60 days prior to arrival unless otherwise indicated. Credit card accepted for villa refundable security deposits only, a 3% service fee may apply.
