The Gate House is at the entrance of the exclusive Peter Bay Estates, located on the North Shore of the island. Perched on the hillside, both suites have picturesque unobstructed views of the Sir Frances Drake channel and neighboring islands of Jost Van Dyke and Tortola. Two 1000 sq ft suites custom built with coral tile from the Yucatan, Brazilian woodwork, and native stone from all 3 U.S. Virgin Islands. The architecture is an old world feel reminiscent of the 18th century Danish Sugar Mill ruins which still dot the island. Completely refurbished and renovated in 2005, each suite has king beds, air conditioning in the bedrooms, ceiling fans, fully appointed kitchens, living rooms, spacious bathrooms, and private decks with hot tubs. Room Layout of the suites varies slightly giving the lower suite a larger living and kitchen space which will accommodate up to 3 guests. Peter Bay has a pristine private beach between Cinnamon Bay and Trunk Bay National park beaches, just 15 minutes to Cruz Bay village and 25 minutes to Coral Bay. A unique villa favorite among honeymooners and anniversary guests.

Villa rates are based on two people per bedroom. Information about specific Caribbean villa rentals including the rates and availability of the villas is subject to change at any time. Villa rental quotes are provided as a courtesy and are subject to our revision. Weekly and nightly villa rental rates listed do not include 8% GOVERNMENT HOTEL TAX and 5% service fee, $75 non-refundable security deposit and/or additional refundable security deposit may be required.

A minimum 7-night rental is required during the High/Winter SEASON and 5 nights during the Low/Summer SEASON for most Caribbean villas. A 10-14 night minimum rental is required during the Xmas/New Year's Holiday Seasons depending on the villa. Season dates may vary.50% deposit is required within 7 days of booking with remaining balance due 60 days prior to arrival unless otherwise indicated.
