Situated on rocky beach, all rooms have a/c, kitchenettes, queen beds, private ocean view decks. Common pool. Rental jeep is recommended, but not necessary. Approximately 15 minute walk to town.

Weekly and nightly villa rental rates listed do not include GOVERNMENT HOTEL TAX (8%) 5% service fee and $75 non-refundable security deposit and or additional refundable security deposit.
A minimum 7-night rental is required during the High SEASON and 5 nights during the Low SEASON for most Caribbean villas. A 10-14 night minimum rental is required during the Xmas/New Year's Holiday Seasons depending on the villa. Season dates may vary.50% deposit is required within 7 days of booking with remaining balance due 60 days prior to arrival unless otherwise indicated. Credit card additional charge of 3% may apply.
