This little gem lays twenty paces from the lapping shoreline, clear and placid and full of sea life where you can snorkel through the coral and schools of fish, or kayak out into the Caribbean beyond. Lazy waterfront hammocks call your name after a morning of exploring, and then retire to the hot tub to soak your cares away with the passing tides. The house itself offers guests two equal queen sized bedrooms and baths, both with air conditioning and a small loft for an extra guest or child. The living space stretches across the front of the home, with living, kitchen and dining areas surrounded by huge glass windows to take in that awesome view. A well-equipped galley kitchen and pass-through bar ensures that even the cook can enjoy the surroundings and engage in conversation about the days activities. Sunsets can be enjoyed from the main dining area or out on the waterfront dining table surrounded by tropical blooms. The Chocolate Hole location is convenient, within 5 minutes of beaches, shops and restaurants. Yet the villa location feels out of the way, down a winding driveway through lush foliage to the waters edge- your own private paradise! Beach Walk is not large or pretentious, instead it offers island living at its best. Casual, comfortable and location location location! Chocolate Hole and Great Cruz Bay, a favorite area among villa renters, offers a wide variety of properties. This neighborhood features the perfect tropical Caribbean surroundings.

Villa rates are based on two people per bedroom. Information about specific Caribbean villa rentals including the rates and availability of the villas is subject to change at any time. Villa rental quotes are provided as a courtesy and are subject to our revision. Weekly and nightly villa rental rates listed do not include 8% GOVERNMENT HOTEL TAX and 5% service fee, $75 non-refundable security deposit and/or additional refundable security deposit may be required.

A minimum 7-night rental is required during the High/Winter SEASON and 5 nights during the Low/Summer SEASON for most Caribbean villas. A 10-14 night minimum rental is required during the Xmas/New Year's Holiday Seasons depending on the villa. Season dates may vary.50% deposit is required within 7 days of booking with remaining balance due 60 days prior to arrival unless otherwise indicated. Credit card accepted for villa refundable security deposits only, a 3% service fee may apply.
